Enjoyed the TV, the comfy pillows and beds, nice size mattress and room, good amount of work space, and washroom was good too. The gym was decent too - both the gym the roof top bar and the room had great views so appreciated that a lot! Location was excellent! 30 min walk gets you to a ton of must see spots and lots of food options near by.

Location was convenient. Room was large and so quiet and barely heard anything. Beds where very comfortable and the overall stay was very pleasant

We came to celebrate my Birthday in this hotel. Hotel has nice location, friendly and helpful staff. Upon arrival our room was already ready, even we came earlier, also as complementary they provided us with the bottle of wine, it was really pleasant. If you need something to the room it’s going to be done immediately, so the service is great! This place worth attention

Restaurant Bar on the top was the best thing. Location is fantastic but close to motorways so some rooms can be quite noisy. Rooms are nothing to write home about but were comfortable and clean. Washrooms were spacious and clean too. Staff were super effusive and friendly and understanding. Nighttime front desk was an absolute gem, as we checked in at 2am. Waitstaff at The Parker Rooftop were also tops, delivering our dessert and birthday treats to our room even after we paid and left.

Housekeeping was fast & efficient. they gave me alot of water. Frontdesk was very helpful & friendly. the lady help me arrange a free shuttle to the convention centre. frontdesk also help settle an error in my booking for my 5days stay, they were fast to identify it & help refund me & rebook it without any issues..i was so grateful they are so kind, flexible & easy going. Nice Manager and All Staff are Great

The best thing about the hotel, is the staff. EVERYONE was so friendly! A special shout out to Kiti, who helped my husband play a little trick on me. The location was walking distance to the center of downtown, and to the water taxi to Granville Island. We opted for the breakfast option, and it was very good. Our waitress there was new, and so sweet. Also went to happy hour at the rooftop bar which is a lovely space. Great waiter there as well. (Not sure of his name, but he was Australian.) A big thanks to all of them!

Exceptional service from the moment I arrived, I received a complimentary room upgrade and valet parking. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered me a complimentary drop off service into downtown instead of ordering a taxi. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and little to no noise from other guests or outside (my room was facing the back of the hotel) Loved the jacuzzi bath. Location is great, close to the seawall, English Bay and Stanley park as well as downtown. I would love to stay here again!

Great, helpful and friendly owners/personnel. Amazing location in downtown. Nice and comfortable room. Excellent rooftop bar. Parking garage with valet parking (we did not use and were not aware of, we drove in ourselves, to the amusement of the desk staff...). A excellent way to visit the city, public transport is just around the corner. The rooftop bar is a hotspot for locals too. Great to mingle. Even in the cue for the elevator. Haha.
